About Herman
Having a full time career, this sideline hobby unexpectedly became a real dream of helping clients in design, project management and construction, and brought me to a point in my life, where I can help people, take and join them on a journey with what they wish to do, giving them the trust they deserve and the absolute best at all times.
With close to 25 years working experience, I am a project professional in the mining, construction and engineering industries with a reputation for exceeding performance expectations, with multiple qualifications and international awards.

Sometimes it helps to see the world through our clients eyes, and if need be a drawing does help. You do not have to be an artist;)
Understanding the scope of work
Having s full scope of work allows us to set the direction pace and estimates to execute works.
This is why it is important to first plan the work, by plotting the project requirements on a planned design to provide accurate measurements which allows us to understand what we are quoting for.
To this extend we do need to be able to visit the property site and do the required measurements.

We understand the importance of any end result, pictures compliment what you have and what you want to see.
As much as what it helps to know what we are going to be working with and where.
We come to your site and take pictures, other clients send us photos. Everything helps.

We use loads of creative techniques all mixed in a cocktail filled with experience and imagination to show our client the visual aesthetics.
This way the client can see what there product will look like, we also apply changes as required, because each client is unique, each visual opportunity presents another initiative.
